To Mother’s Love – By Daniel Kojo Appiah

A mother’s love,
Who can find?
Yes, I have

And one so kind

The works of your love
Are like rains from above
Which come in due season
And shower with good reason

The love of your motherhood
Like good news in a neighbourhood
The love that you are
Has brought us this far

The love on your inside
From whence we take much pride
A praise we cannot hide
A quality we’ve always admired

So much have we learnt
From your feminine blueprint
We’ll stick to you like glue
And continue to learn from you

For everything that you are
And of all that we admire
The love of your maternal attitude
We do show much gratitude
